Chillout Program
This activity has been funded by Brisbane City Council as part of Council's Active and Healthy program.
Internal Work in partnership with the Brisbane City Council Active & Healthy program are offering special FREE classes for young people aged 12-17 years.
Join this class for an exciting journey of fun and fitness and martial arts.
You will learn essential self-defence skills, boost your confidence, and make new friends in a safe and supportive environment while improving your health and fitness.
This is a Chillout event.
Bookings essential.
Make sure to wear closed comfortable shoes and sun protection, and bring plenty of water.
